Payment Policy

• You may place your order with a Visa/MasterCard Credit Card on our 100% secure site (credit cards accepted for U.S. residents ONLY), just follow the instructions at check-out to pay online.

• You may place your order over the phone with your credit card by calling us at 1(480)888-1715.

• You may fax your order along with your credit card information to us at 1(480)888-1712.

• You may mail us your order along with a Credit Card number, Personal Check (U.S. residents only) or Money Order (US funds only). We will contact you when we receive your order through the mail. Orders paid with a personal check, please note that orders will be held for 14 work days before merchandise is shipped out. *If you pay for your merchandise with a personal check, and your personal check comes back to us with insufficient funds (you have written a bad check), you will be charged a fee of $10.00 plus any other fees that we have incurred from our bank, and these fees will be applied to your order. We will no longer accept a personal check for payment from you if this occurs, you must make all future payments by a Money Order only.

• U.S. customers who prefer to use a Discover Card or an American Express Card, we offer payment through our Paypal account. Please contact us at 1(480)888-1715 or email us at orders@spectaculartoys.com if you choose to use Paypal as your form of payment.  We will send you an invoice from Paypal so that you may purchase your order through our Paypal account (U.S. customers only).  For our  U.S. customers who choose to use Paypal as their form of payment, we will ship to a confirmed credit card billing address ONLY. You must contact us by phone or email and request a Paypal invoice. If your address is unverified/unconfirmed, we will cancel your Paypal payment.

• ALL International countries that reside outside of the U.S.A., your payment must be a U.S. Cashiers Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer in U.S. funds only. There is a $15.00 Wire Transfer Fee added to all Wire Transfer payments. Personal Checks or Credit Cards will not be accepted from International countries, sorry.

Please remember to include a copy of your order with your name, telephone number, and email address with your payment if mailing your order to us.

In most cases, we process and ship out orders within 1 to 2 business days (business days are Monday thru Friday only) once we have received your payment and payment has cleared on your order (this excludes personal check and money order payments which will take 14 work days to post and then will ship). We will notify you via email or by phone if there is any delay in shipping out your order. We do have a special shipping schedule during the Christmas Holiday season. This information will be listed at the bottom of our home page during the holiday season time for your convenience.



*If you need to add items to your order, and you have already placed your order with us, please call us at 1(480)888-1715 and we will be happy to assist you. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to add items to your order, you will need to place a separate order for that item.*

Some merchandise is not allowed to be shipped Internationally due to licensing issues. If you have placed one of these items on your order, we will remove this item and notify you.
