| In
order to qualify for our Layaway Plan, your order must be
$150.00 dollars or more (before freight charges). 25% of the total
purchase must be paid for the first initial payment within 8 days
of placing the layaway order. The remaining balance is to be paid
off within 3 months of your original purchase date (we may extend
the date on larger orders, email us for details).
Layaway
Orders must be paid by Personal Check or by Money Order Only (the
1st initial 25% down must be in the form of a Money Order
only). Each month when we receive your layaway payment, we will
send you your new layaway balance via email. Please be sure that
you include your telephone number in case we need to get in
contact with you by phone. You will be responsible for sending
your payments to us monthly, we will not send you a notice that
your payment is due. If you choose to pay your final payment by
personal check, we will hold your order 14 work days for your
check to clear before shipping your order out to you. If your
layaway includes special order items, please note that special
order items will not be ordered until your layaway balance is paid
in full and personal checks (if any) have cleared. Special order
items will be shipped separately from the rest of your layaway
order, and please allow up to 14 work days to receive the special
order items. Delivery can be longer if it's during the holiday
season.
Any item placed on layaway will be the price you will be
billed/charged for. If the item(s) goes on sale/clearance during
the time you have this item on layaway, you are still responsible
for the original price of that item when placed on layaway (sorry,
there are NO exceptions). You may pay your layaway off before the
due date if you prefer, however if you do not have your layaway
purchase paid off within the 3 month period (or the payoff date
you were given at the time of your layaway), or you cancel your
order for any reason, your order will be cancelled and the
merchandise will be placed back in stock. You will be charged a
25% restocking/cancellation fee of your total purchase. If you
have any remaining monies in your layaway account after the
restocking/cancellation fee, this money will be non-refundable.
You may use the remaining monies for in-store credit only (no
exceptions).
You must contact us if you plan on using our Layaway Plan so that
we can instruct you on the process.

**We
offer a layaway plan to make it easier for customers to purchase
items with the convenience of paying off the order within a
certain amount of time. We ask that once you have placed a layaway
order, please be sure that the items you are placing on layaway
are the items you want. If you remove or change items from your
order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on item(s) being
removed or changed.
*If you pay for your merchandise with a personal check, and your
personal check comes back to us with insufficient funds (you have
written a bad check), you will be charged a fee of $10.00 plus any
other fees that we have incurred from our bank, and these fees
will be applied to your layaway balance. If we receive a bad check
from you, we will no longer accept a personal check for payment,
you must make all future payments by a Money Order only.
