Shipping
Methods & Policies for our U.S. Customers:
In
most cases, we process and ship out orders within 1 to 2 business
days (business days are Monday thru Friday only) once we have
received your payment and payment has cleared on your order.
Packages will ship out by regular mail/ground services. We will
notify you if there is any delay in shipping out your order. We do
have a special shipping schedule during the Christmas Holiday
season. This information will be listed at the bottom of our home
page during the holiday season time for your convenience. Please
note that the Spectacular Toys store is located on the West Coast,
so once your order ships, if you are located on the:
West Coast, please allow 3 to 4 work days to
receive your merchandise if shipped by UPS.
Mid-West, please allow 4 to 5 work days to receive your merchandise
if shipped by UPS.
East Coast, please allow 5 to 6 work days to receive your
merchandise if shipped by UPS.
(West Coast, Mid-West, & East Coast -
please allow 3 to 4 work days to receive your merchandise if mailed
by USPS mail)

Example of package transit time: East Coast orders that ship
out on a Monday take 5 business days to arrive to its destination,
so the package would be scheduled to arrive to its destination the
following Monday (in some cases East Coast orders may take up to 6
business days to reach its destination).
For our U.S. customers, we use UPS to make the majority of our
deliveries for us, and in some cases we use the United States Post
Office. UPS and the Post Office are very reliable, and you are able to track
your package from our store to your home with the UPS or Post Office
tracking
system. We ask that you please supply us with a physical
address to ship to, as in most cases we will use UPS to deliver our
packages. UPS will ship to
physical addresses only, and in most cases they are cheaper in
shipping cost which in return helps us to keep our prices low.
If you have only a Po Box for a shipping address, your package will
ship out by the Post office. In some cases you may be required to
pay additional shipping/handling charges when we have to ship using
the Post Office (in some cases the Post Office can cost more to ship
a package). We will notify you if additional shipping/handling
charges are required. You will receive a UPS and/or USPS tracking number via
email from one of the carriers once your package has shipped.
Tracking
A Package by USPS Mail or UPS:

If you need your UPS or USPS tracking number, or if you did
not receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days of

your UPS or USPS tracking number.
*Please
understand that UPS, the Post Office and the Spectacular Toys store DO NOT
have any control over weather conditions. If there has been recent
weather conditions when your package was in route, the package
delivery time may be affected. Sorry, you will not receive a refund
on shipping because of weather conditions beyond our control. This
includes all mail services (including regular mail service,
priority mail, ground, expedited shipping -
Overnight, 2Day, 3Day, etc.). You will not receive a shipping
refund unless the package was damaged due to the weather conditions.
If this is the case, please notify us immediately at 1(480)888-1715
so that we can file a claim with UPS, or one of our other mail carriers that was
used to deliver the package. If your item was lost or damaged in
transit Please note a UPS claim can take up to 10 business
days to process, and a Post Office claim can take 30 to 45 business
days to process once the claim has been filed. Once we receive the
claim monies from the carrier service, we will issue a refund, or
re-send the merchandise (if item still available). If you have any
questions regarding the claim process, please feel free to contact
us at 1(480)888-1715.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Po Boxes, or
any area outside the 48 contiguous states, your order will
ship out by the Postal Mail Service (in some cases your order
may ship by UPS), and your order will require an additional
shipping & handling charge. We will notify you by email with
your new revised shipping cost and total if this occurs. You
MUST phone or email us with confirmation that you acknowledge the
ship charges before we ship out your merchandise. We will not ship
out your order until we receive confirmation from you so that we
know you are aware of the additional charges. Orders
shipped through the Post Office will ship out after
payment is received and payment has cleared. If
you request to have your package expedited, you will be required to pay any
additional shipping/handling fees in an addition to your regular shipping/handling charges.
Please
note: UPS charges a minimum of $15.00 for an intercept package and a
minimum $11.00 fee for packages that need an address correction (if
package was sent out overnight, 2nd, or 3rd day, fee will be
higher). Please be sure that all your address information is correct
before completing your order. If your address needs to be corrected,
you will be charged a $11.00 fee or higher (depending on shipping
method), NO exceptions.
Special ordered
and/or drop ship items (merchandise that requires
additional freight) cannot be delivered outside of the 48 contiguous
states, APO/FPO or to P.O. Boxes, these items are much too large and
heavy to ship, sorry.

International &
Canada Shipping & Payment Policy:
All
International Countries including Canada (Non-U.S. residents),
please read carefully before placing an order with us.......Yes we currently ship to
Canada and other International countries.
**For our Canada residents, our online shopping cart will now accept
Canada Credit Cards, or you may send us a Postal Money Order, or you
may use Paypal - all payments must be in U.S. funds
only. If you would like to use our Paypal system, please email us to
request a Paypal Invoice.
**International Customers (excluding Canada) Please DO NOT list your credit card
information into our shopping cart, we
will not process international credit cards (we currently accept U.S.
& Canada credit
cards only). All International countries must pay
with a Money Order/Cashiers Check, or Wire Transfer in U.S. funds
only.
**If you place an order to be delivered to an
International Country or Canada, your shipping/handling cost will be
based on the weight and size of your package, and your order will
ship out by Postal Service (in some cases we will use UPS to ship
your package). The additional shipping charge to your country will not be
reflected on your original order when placed online (postage rates
shown in the online shopping cart are for our U.S.A. residents with
a physical address shipping within the 48 contiguous states only).
We do not
make phone calls outside the U.S., so be sure to list a valid email
address. We will send an email
within 24 hours with your new revised total with the
additional shipping/handling amount applied once you have completed
your order online. You
must pay for your entire order in full before any merchandise is shipped out to
you. No shipments will be sent out without you paying the complete
total and postage amount due.
If
you send a Wire Transfer it must be sent in U.S. dollars only. We charge a $15.00 fee
for each
wire transfer sent to us, which will be added to your order total.
If your bank charges you a wire fee to send our company a wire
transfer, DO NOT deduct that amount from the order total, we are not
responsible for those fees. You must wire us the exact amount
that we have requested on your order total (this includes payment
for the items, handling, freight and fee we charge for a wire
transfer). If you do not send the correct amount, we will not ship
out your order until we receive the full amount. If we have to
refund your monies back through a wire transfer, we will charge a
$35.00 return fee. We will ship out your order once the Wire
Transfer payment has posted to our account (Wire Transfers take approximately
72 hours to post).
Money
Order/Cashiers Check payments must be in U.S. funds only. We will hold an order for up to 14 work days for
payment to clear, no exceptions.
**You may be required to pay duty, taxes, and customs fees
upon delivery of your package to you. We have no control over this,
we do not know what this amount will be, and it's the buyers
responsibility for those fees. ALL SALES are final
with international and Canada customers, so if you do not notify us
that you are mailing us your payment on your order, and an item goes out of stock
before your payment is received, we will offer you another item at
equal or greater value. We may also issue a store credit for a
future purchase.
Please note: Special order
drop ship items cannot be delivered outside of the 48 contiguous
states, APO/FPO or to P.O. Boxes, these items are much too large and

International customers and Canada who
have read and agree to our policy, and would like to place an order,
you must complete an order online
and send it to us by clicking the "pay by mail" button on
the payments page of our shopping cart (*Canada residents can use a
credit card online for purchases). We will send an email
within 24 hours with the revised shipping going to the country

Minimum
Order Policy:
Due
to the high cost of shipping and shipping supplies, there is a
minimum order of $15.00 (*before freight charges). If you place an
order that is below the minimum dollar amount, we have the right to
cancel the order. We will notify you if we need to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at anytime.
Cancellation/Refusal/UPS
Returned Pkg to our Store (Pkg returned -customer not there to
receive package):
If
you cancel your order and your order has been processed, there will
be a 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order after you
have already placed the order with a credit card online or by phone,
PLEASE CALL US to cancel the order. DO NOT EMAIL US to cancel your
order once it has already been placed. If your order has
already shipped and you need to cancel, it will be treated as a
return, and you must call for an RA#(Return Authorization Number).
Please review our Return
Policy
for more information. If your order has shipped and you
refuse your package upon delivery, you will be charged the freight
costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped to you and the
freight costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped back to us,
and there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. If you list an
address that is undeliverable (you have moved, etc.) or you are not
at the address when UPS attempts to make the delivery of your
package (UPS will attempt 3 times), UPS will return the package to
our store. UPS will also charge a return package fee which you will
be responsible to pay once we receive the returned package. We will
treat this package as a return, and the fees will be charged as
follows: We will issue a refund, minus all shipping fees we
have incurred (shipping to the location and the shipping return to
our store), plus an additional 15% re-stocking fee will be charged
on all returned packages, no exceptions. |

Package
Lost in Transit/Damaged/Defective/Incorrect
Merchandise:
We
are here to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
However, in the highly unlikely situation you receive your package
and merchandise is damaged, defective, or you have received
incorrect merchandise, please DO NOT send the
merchandise back to us without contacting us and speaking with one
of our staff members first. You must contact us within 48 hours
after receiving the package at 1(480)888-1715, and we resolve the
issue according to the situation. We will not be responsible for any
reports made to us after the specified time frame. The
Spectacular Toys store has no control over (nor are we responsible)
for defective or damaged merchandise caused by the manufacturer or
by the carrier service company (we are the Retailer only), so
please do not mail the defective or damaged merchandise back to our
store, you must contact us first. In most cases on defective merchandise, the manufacturer will
pick this item up from your location and the manufacturer will
replace this item for you (if it's determined to be a manufacturer
defect). If the item was damaged during transit, the carrier service company (company that made the delivery) will make
arrangements to pick the damaged item up from your location. Once
the damaged item has been inspected and approved by the carrier
service company, we will issue you a refund on the damaged item. If
you have not received your package and it has been lost in transit,
please notify us and we will file a claim with the carrier company
used to deliver your package. *If your item was lost or damaged in
transit Please note - a UPS claim can take up to 10 business
days to process, and a Post Office claim can take 30 to 45 business

can take 60 to 75 business days to process). Once we receive the

Return
Policy:
Please
Read Carefully: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days
from your original purchase date for a refund of your actual
purchase price (actual purchase price does not include shipping
or merchandise that is sold with shipping included). If merchandise
is returned and shipping was included on that merchandise, the
shipping cost will be deducted off your actual purchase price. If
your original purchase qualified for a flat rate shipping offer/free
shipping offer, and
you return an item(s) that drops you below the flat rate shipping
offer/free shipping offer, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost we
incurred to ship the merchandise on the order that received
flat rate shipping/free shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all
merchandise being returned, NO exceptions. You MUST
call us for a RA # before sending any merchandise back to
us. Once you receive an RA # you must return (ship back) the
merchandise within 4 days after receiving the RA# (postmark
date must be dated no later than 4 days of receiving RA #
or there will be an additional 10% fee charged to your return). The
RA # MUST also be visibly written on the outside of
the package being returned to us, and please include a copy of your
original receipt/invoice with all merchandise being
returned. We will refuse any box being returned to us without a
RA #, sorry. Any merchandise being returned to us must be in
the products original box and/or package, unopened, have original
tags still attached, and in resalable condition. Clothing may be
returned if they are in their original unopened package, have
original tags still attached, and are in unwashed/unused condition.
We DO NOT accept merchandise back that has been
opened, washed, or missing tags, or missing original
box/packaging, or that have been played with. Hats, socks,
lotions, candles, appliqués, special order items, drop ship items,
and clearance/closeout/retired items may not be returned, All Sales
Are Final on these items(NO exceptions). The buyer will be
responsible for all shipping charges when returning merchandise back
to us. Please securely pack the item and ship it back via UPS, US
Mail Parcel Post, or by Priority Mail. *For your safety, please
insure all merchandise being returned to us, and have a tracking
number for the package(s). We are not responsible for lost or
damaged items if you do not insure your package when shipping back
to us. To avoid returning merchandise to us, please contact us prior
to ordering if you have questions or concerns on any of our
products.

Clearance/Retired/Closeout
Item Policy:
All
sales are final on merchandise that has been placed on clearance,
closeout or retired status. In some cases some merchandise may have
a defect, and this may be the reason it has been placed on
clearance. Prior to ordering, if you have any questions regarding
merchandise placed on clearance, closeout or on retired status,
please contact us at 1(480)888-1715 during regular business hours
for further assistance since these items can not be returned to us.
Special
Order Item/Drop Ship Policy:
All
special order items must be paid for IN FULL in advance. If you
place an order for a special order item, please be sure that this
item is definitely what you want. We do not stock special order/drop
ship items, so you may not cancel, return, or exchange a special
order item once the order has been processed, sorry. If the special
order/drop ship item was damaged during shipping, please contact us

Pricing

for some unlikely reason the price you see online is different that
what is stated in the shopping cart, please notify us of this error
so that we may correct it immediately. We have different Promotional/Bonus
Deals going on all the time, and these offers will change from time to time. Usually if
you see a Promotional/Bonus Deal, this offer will be listed in both the
"product description" and in the product detail
within the "shopping cart". When a product goes off the Promotional/Bonus Deal,
