Policy:
Please
Read Carefully: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days
from your original purchase date for a refund of your actual
purchase price only (actual purchase price does not include shipping
or merchandise that is sold with shipping included). If merchandise
is returned and shipping was included on that merchandise, the
shipping cost will be deducted off your actual purchase price. A 10%
restocking fee will apply on all merchandise being returned, NO
exceptions. You MUST call us for a RA # before
sending any merchandise back to us. Once you receive an RA #
you must return (ship back) the merchandise within 4 days after
receiving the RA# (postmark date must be dated no later
than 4 days of receiving RA # or there will be an additional
15% fee charged to your return). The RA # MUST also
be visibly written on the outside of the package being returned to
us, and please include a copy of your original receipt with all
merchandise being returned. We will refuse any box being
returned to us without a RA #, sorry. Merchandise must be in
original box, unopened and in resalable condition. Bedding items,
Clothing, and socks may be returned if they are in their original
unopened package, have original tags still attached, and are in
unwashed, and unused condition. We DO NOT accept
merchandise back that has been opened, washed, or missing tags, or
missing original box/packaging, or that have been played
with. Hats, Candles, wall borders (if opened), appliqués (if
opened), and clearance items may not be returned. All Sales Are
Final on these items, NO exceptions. The buyer will be responsible
for all shipping charges when returning merchandise back to us.
Please securely pack the item and ship it back via UPS, US Mail
Parcel Post, or by Priority Mail with insurance. *For your safety,
please insure all merchandise being returned to us, and have a
tracking number for the package(s). We are not responsible for
lost or damaged items if you do not insure your package when
shipping back to us. To avoid returning merchandise to us, please
contact us prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns on
any of our products. Please note that All sales are final on
clearance merchandise, these items may not be returned. All sales
are final on International orders.
*Important:
Before shipping any merchandise back to us, you must contact us for
a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please call 1(480)888-1715. We will
not accept any merchandise returned to us without a return
authorization.*

Please include a copy of your receipt and a detailed note stating
what you would like us to do: Issue a refund, store credit, or
to exchange the item. If you exchange the item, your exchange will
be subject to shipping costs when shipping the new order out to you.
Clearance/Retired/Closeout
Item Policy:
All
sales are final on merchandise that has been placed on clearance,
closeout or retired status. In some cases some merchandise may have
a defect, and this may be the reason it has been placed on
clearance. If you have any questions regarding merchandise placed on
clearance, closeout or on retired status you may contact us at
1(480)888-1715 during regular business hours for further assistance.
Special
Order Item Policy:
All
special order items must be paid for IN FULL in advance. If you
place an order for a special order item, please be sure that this
item is definitely what you want. We do not stock special order
items, so you may not cancel, return, or exchange a special order
item once the order has been placed, sorry. If the special order
item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours
after receiving the package at 1(480)888-1715 for further
assistance.
*Please
note that special order drop ship items cannot be delivered outside
of the 48 contiguous states, these items are much too large and
heavy to ship, sorry.
Availability

If
an item is not available we will notify you by E-Mail and/or by
telephone as soon as possible to let you know when the item will
become available.

We
value your privacy here at Spectacular Toys. Your personal
information is for the use of our staff only, and from time to time
we may notify you of special offers/sales from our company only that
may be of interest to you. Spectacular Toys will never sell your
personal information to anyone, so you can feel safe when doing
business with us at all times.
Shipping
Methods & Policy:
In
most cases, we process and ship out orders by UPS ground services
within 2 business days (business days are Monday thru Friday only)
once we have received your payment and payment has cleared on your
order. We will notify you if there is any delay in shipping out your
order. Please note that the Spectacular Toys store is located on the
West Coast, so once your order ships, if you are located on the:
West Coast, please allow 3 to 4 work days
to receive your merchandise.
Mid-West, please allow 4 to 5 work days to receive your merchandise.
East Coast, please allow 5 to 6 work days to receive your
merchandise.
Example of package transit time: East Coast orders that ship
out on a Monday take 5 business days to arrive to its destination,
so the package would be scheduled to arrive to its destination the
following Monday (in some cases East Coast orders may take up to 6
business days to reach its destination).
For our U.S. customers, we use UPS to make the majority of our
deliveries for us, and we ship out UPS packages 5 days a week
(Monday thru Friday). UPS is very reliable, and you are able to
track your package from our store to your home with UPS. You will
receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
If you do not receive a tracking number via email within 3 work days
of placing your order, you may contact us at 1(480)888-1715 to
request a tracking number. We ask is that you please supply us
with a physical address to ship to when making your purchase, UPS
will only ship to physical addresses.
If you do not supply us with a physical address, your item will go
out by Postal Mail Service and this will require an additional
ship charge. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Po Boxes, or
any area outside the 48 contiguous states will
also ship out by the Postal Mail Service (in some cases your order
may ship by UPS), and your order will require additional
shipping/handling cost, and we will notify you with your new revised
shipping cost and total if this occurs. You
MUST phone or email us with confirmation that you agree to the ship
charges before we ship out your merchandise. We will not ship out
your order until we receive confirmation from you so that we know
you are aware of the additional charges. Orders
shipped through the Post Office will ship out on Tuesdays after
payment is received and payment has cleared. If
you request to have your package shipped out by the Post Office the
same day that you placed the order, you will be required to pay an
additional $5.00 fee in an addition to your regular Post Office Mail
Service shipping charges (only for payments that have cleared).
Please
note: UPS charges a $5.00 fee for ground packages that need an
address correction (if package was sent out overnight, 2nd, or 3rd
day, fee will be higher). Please be sure that all your address
information is correct before completing your order. If your address
needs to be corrected, you will be charged a $5.00 fee or higher
(depending on shipping method), NO exceptions.

We offer very low shipping rates. If you are within the 48
contiguous states with a physical address, the shipping rates are as

International Shipping
& Payment Policy:
International
Customer (this includes Canada), please read carefully before
placing an order with us....
We are currently shipping Internationally. *All International
countries must pay with a Money Order / Cashiers Check or Wire
Transfer in U.S. funds only. Please note that we hold all orders for
up to 14 work days for money order/cashiers check payments to clear,
no exceptions. You
must pay for your order before any merchandise is shipped out to
you. No shipments will be sent out without you paying the complete
total and postage amount due. If
you send a domestic wire transfer, we charge a $15.00 fee (for each
wire transfer sent to us) which will be added to your order total.
If your bank charges you a wire fee to send our company a wire
transfer, DO NOT deduct that amount from the order total, we are not
responsible for those fees. You must wire us the exact amount
that we have requested on your order total (this includes payment
for the items, handling, freight and fee we charge for a wire
transfer). If you do not send the correct amount, we will not ship
out your order until we receive the full amount. If we have to
refund your monies back through a wire transfer, we will charge a
$35.00 return fee. If you place an order to be delivered to an
International Country, your shipping/handling cost will be based on
the weight and size of your package, and your order will ship out by
Postal Service (in some cases we will use UPS to ship your package).
The additional shipping amounts will not be reflected on your
original order when placed online (postage rates shown online are
for U.S. physical addresses only). Please note that we do not
make phone calls outside the U.S., so be sure to list a valid email
address, as we will email you with your new revised total with the
additional shipping/handling amount applied once you have completed
your order online. Please DO NOT list your credit card
information into our shopping cart, we
will not process international credit cards (we accept U.S. credit
cards only). Please
note that you may be required to pay duty, taxes, and customs fees
upon delivery of your package to you. We have no control over this,
we do not know what this amount will be, and it's the buyers
responsibility for those fees. Please note that ALL SALES are final
with international customers. If you do not notify us that you are
mailing your payment, and an item goes out of stock before your
payment is received, we will offer you another item at equal or
greater value, otherwise we will issue a store credit for a future
purchase. Orders shipped through the Post Office will ship out on
Tuesdays after payment is received and payment has cleared (we hold
orders for 14 work days for payment to clear). Any Special order

will send an email within 24 hours with the revised shipping going
to the country requested. Once you receive the revised order from
us, you may request wire transfer information, or
please mail a copy of your order along

Cancellations
& Refusals on Orders:
If
you cancel your order and your order has been processed, there will
be a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has shipped and you
refuse your package upon delivery, you will be charged the freight
costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped to you and the
freight costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped back to us,
and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect
Merchandise:
We
are here to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
However, in the highly unlikely situation you receive your package
and merchandise is damaged, defective, or you have received the
incorrect merchandise, please DO NOT send merchandise back to
us without contacting us and speaking with one of our staff members
first. You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the
package at 1(480)888-1715, and we resolve the issue according to the
situation. We will not be responsible for any reports made to us
after the specified time frame. The Spectacular Toys store has
no control over (nor are we responsible for) defective merchandise
caused by the manufacturer as we are the Retailer, so please do not
mail the defective merchandise back to our store. In most cases the
manufacturer will pick this item up from your location, and the
manufacturer will replace this item for you (if it's determined to
be a manufacturer defect). When contacting us about your product you
received please have your sales order number available along with
the date you placed the order so that we can assist you in a timely
matter.
